License Agreement - is an agreement between jovoto and the client in Open projects. This enables jovoto to transfer the rights of your idea to the client if the client wishes to license your idea.
The Catalogue of Rights is part of the License Agreement. It defines the commercial and promotional purposes of an idea.
Work Contract - is a contract between you and the client in Invite Only projects. This enables to automatically transfer the rights of your idea to the client.
