If it's stated in the brief that you are allowed to use third party materials in your submission, you must list all third party material and their sources on your idea page. You can do this while in the draft mode or after you've published. Please link directly to the sources of any fonts, vectors, photos, creative common material, or any other material that you have not originally created and used in your submission.
- We'll ask you about third party material on the Main Visual page and on any other idea page where you upload images.
- On the Submission Preview page before publishing your idea you must check two boxes:
- "I have read and understood the privacy policy, terms and conditions for creatives and the project terms."
- "I have not used any third-party material that has not been listed in the attachment description(s)."
Please remember that unless third party material is specifically cited, jovoto, as well as the client, will expect your work to be your original creations. You are legally responsible for any material not previously identified as third-party. If third party material is not cited, your chances of winning awards and getting licensed might be at risk.
