Do I keep the rights to my idea?
Yes, you keep all rights to the idea/concept you've submitted. In case a client is interested in your idea/concept, there will be a licensing agreement between you and the client, for a predetermined (and in some cases to be negotiated) amount. We call this transfer of rights "licensing" an idea.
