Do I keep the rights to my idea?
Yes, you keep all rights to the idea/concept you submitted. I case a client is interested in your idea/concept, there will be a licensing agreement between you and the client, for a predetermined (and in some cases to be negotiated) amount. We call that rights transfer "Selling" an idea.
