What happens if I win prize money?

If you win prize money in a projfvect, jovoto will send you a notification email. Simply follow the link in the email and fill in the required information in the Payment Information section of your “Profile”. For the transfer method you can choose between PayPal or regular bank transfer. We recommend PayPal since it's the quicker option and for a regular bank transfer you will be charged an additional 25€ / 30$ processing fee. Depending the choice selected in your profile, you need to provide the necessary information. Please make sure you fill it in correctly because if you provide the wrong bank data or a invalid paypal address, you will be charged of the costs that arise

We sometimes get questions from our community members about the status of their payments. We know you're curious & excited about your hard earned prize money but we'd like you to take into consideration, we can only transfer the funds to you, after the client has made the transfer to us. As soon as we get it, it's on it's way to you!

Depending on the size of the company and their internal procedures, sometimes this could take a while. We would say expect anywhere from 1up to about 6 weeks after a project has closed.

jovoto gives our community the chance to work and earn cash from a large array of clients including some of the biggest brand names to date- so please have a little patience, we're working with you!
