How does jovoto’s payment process work?

1. The contest winner gets an email with a link to the template for the payment information.
2. The winner fills out the necessary information.
3. The winner can choose between PayPal and bank transfer.
4. Bank transfer: the winner has to pay a processing fee of 25 EUR / 30 $.
   PayPal: the winner needs a PayPal account.
5. The winner needs to provide the email address which is connected to his/her PayPal account.
6. jovoto will inform the winner via email as soon as the money transfer is completed (might take another 2-3 work days).
7. The winner will be informed by PayPal as soon as the money has been transferred to the winner’s PayPal account (Please check your spam folder as well!).
8. The winner has to accept the payment which will be transferred to his/her PayPal account within 30 days and as soon as the winner has accepted the payment, the money will be credited to the PayPal account.
